GREEN VALLEY FASE II – Mijas

Perched on the hillsides of Mijas, Green Valley Fase II offers something increasingly rare on the southern Spanish coast: an uninterrupted south-facing panorama that sweeps from the white village above, across lush golf fairways, all the way down to the glittering Mediterranean. This is not a borrowed view — it is yours from your own private pool and solarium, framed by a natural amphitheatre of mountains and greenery.

The homes themselves are designed around the idea that daily life should feel effortless. Three generous bedrooms and three bathrooms are wrapped around an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space where warmth and contemporary design work together rather than in tension. At 120 m², every square metre is thoughtfully used, and the flow between interior and exterior feels completely natural.

As part of the wider Costa del Sol landscape, Mijas sits at a sweet spot between the energy of Fuengirola on the coast and the tranquillity of the Andalusian interior — meaning residents enjoy world-class golf, beaches, restaurants and international schools without sacrificing the peace that draws people to this hillside village in the first place. Green Valley Fase II is ideally suited to buyers seeking a permanent residence or a premium holiday retreat with strong lifestyle credentials and genuine long-term value, with prices starting from €860,000.
