Plexo Properties offers to cover the client’s legal fee (normally 1% and maximum 1% of the purchase price including VAT) for purchases of selected new developments reserved before 31 December 2025.
This offer applies only when:
- The client is registered through Plexo Properties as the introducing agent with the developer or official commercial partner prior to reservation.
- The purchase is completed and title deeds are signed at the notary.
- The legal fee is paid directly to the client’s appointed lawyer upon final completion, as part of the funds managed through the lawyer’s client account.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or commissions.
In the event that the sale is not completed or Plexo Properties is not recognised as the official introducing agent, the offer shall be considered void.
