RUSTIC PLOT!
This is a rustic big plot close to Valle Romano with sea views. The plot is partial slope and partial more or less flat.
It is classified as for grazing (E-pastizal) and the owner used to cultivate feed for animals and then leave cheaps there. But the plot have been unused for some years so needs to be cleaned
According to the townhall you can construct about 200 m2 as the plot is bigger then 25.000 M2.

This is for an investor or someone with animals, as right now you are not allowed to build anything.
The real measures are around 35 000 m2 plus but cadastro showes 32.787 m2.
